These are just a few randoms.

I forgot to mention this, but I made it to 100 posts a few posts back 🙂

And am ALMOST to 100 followers on the blog, and 104 on twitter. I think that’s good progress and I’m happy with it. Thank you for following me and reading my posts – you guys rock!!! XOXOXO

20151224_131231Wearing Tarte Maracuja Lip Gloss in Smirk today, from the Holidaze Collection (or was it the Mistletoe Madness one? anyway, one of them).

And have you seen or used these things? Nose shapers – Nose Up Shaping Shaper + Bridge Straightening Beauty Clip. They’re weird, look weird, feel weird too. I only wore it the day I got it in the mail. I keep meaning to wear it 10-15 mins a day (like it suggests) for at least a month, but keep forgetting about it. Maybe I’ll start on Jan 1st 😉

They cost $2.27 USD for both, with free shipping, one of those things you see and get curious about, which is why I bought them. It took almost 6 weeks to get them though. But here they are on Amazon, in case you’re curious too.

20151224_210233Last of the randoms, though I feel like I’m forgetting something.

I was almost out of deodorant, and I didn’t want to risk waiting around to see if I won the Schmidt’s giveaway, so I went and bought a new one. What’s the big deal, right? Well, I’m trying to go with a more natural deodorant. I like Lavanilla – The Healthy Deodorant.

Last time I got the fragrance free sensitive skin one. This time I thought I’d be adventurous and get the Vanilla Passion Fruit one. Well… it smells nice, but I wish I had stuck with the fragrance free. It is super strong for my nose. I’ll have to see how well my head does when I start wearing it. Might have to take a hit in the pocket and toss it. Crossing my fingers that my head tolerates it though.

2015-12-24 21.04.27I still wish they’d round the edges of the container so it doesn’t scrape against my armpits.

Ingredient list: aloe barbadensis leaf juice (aloe juice, water/aqua) alpha-glucan oligosaccharide (sugar derived), carrageenan (seaweed derived), hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) extract, inulin (artichoke derived) loncera capifolium (honeysuckle) flower extract, lycium barbarum fruit extract (goji berry), melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) flower/leaf/stem extract, propandeiol (corn derived), saccaromyces ferment, sodium stearate (coconut derived), stearyl behenate (coconut derived), usnea barbata (lichen) extract.

They range from about $8.50ish and up. This one was $11.99, via Amazon. The sensitive skin fragrance free one is $12.77 currently (link).

I tried coconut oil, but it absorbs into my skin too quickly and  although it softens the skin there, doesn’t do much for me as far as long-lasting deodorizing goes.

Do you use a natural deodorant?
