I’m a Poshly member, but have never won anything yet through them. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a package from them yesterday! In it was this cute little post card saying “Lucky You” and a message on the back, along with a free Poshly goodie (they call it a member’s perk) Stowaway Cosmetics Effortless Eyeliner in Jet. It’s a travel or deluxe size and is the twisty/retractable eyeliner pencil type. I’m excited to try it! Getting unexpected mail is always so exhilarating!
Next, I tested another product by MaxiZest, their Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Despite the previous product that I tested from them not jiving with my skin, I went into reviewing this product with an open mind. As per the other, this was given to me at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
As always, I like to pass on what their description are about their products, so this is what they have to say on Amazon (though I’ve cut it down quite a bit, you can read their full description via the link toward the bottom of the post):

The molecular structure of our Hyaluronic Acid Serum allows for deep penetration where collagen is activated to increase skin elasticity. It plumps out fine lines and wrinkles to leave your skin visibly smoother, younger, brighter and suppler. This serum is pretty clear, would be crystal clear, but it has tiny bubbles in it, and it is a little thicker, a tad more gel-ish than water. Again, I like that it contains Vitamin C & E, and that this one has green tea as well as jojoba oil and aloe. All of those are purported to work wonders on your skin. The product smells more like witch hazel, which I find pleasant, and not off-putting at all. It goes on smoothly and didn’t cause irritation or discomfort. Though I haven’t had a chance to test this beyond a few days, I’m satisfied with the packaging, texture, scent, feel, and initial application experience, which are all make a major difference in my opinion about a product.
*Disclaimer: This product was given to me at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. This evaluation and review is a true accounting of my unbiased opinions and experiences, and is written in the same manner as if I had bought it at full-price myself, been given it as a gift, or received it as a sample.
